Temperature-Controlled Warehousing

Safely preserves the integrity and quality of your products, including food, pharmaceuticals, electronic components, and more. Our 35°F temperature-controlled warehouse holds a Superior Rating from AIB.

Michigan Rail & Rail Dock Service

Our rail is serviced by CSX, and can accommodate up to four cars at a time with two switches per day. We host the only indoor rail dock in the state of Michigan and can assist with products such as paper, canned goods, consumer goods, and more.

Foreign Trade Zone

Foreign Trade Zones are treated as a territory outside of the United States. Under trade zone procedures, foreign and domestic merchandise may be admitted unto the zone without being subject to formal customs entry procedures, the payment of customs duties, or the payment of federal taxes. Within the zone, goods may be assembled, destroyed, sampled, salvaged, repaired, processed, etc. Save budget dollars on tariffs, export fees, entry costs, and more.
